refreshingly different; reassuringly straightforward......

The Advice Journey

We provide advice in person - at your home, place of work, or our office - or remotely by phone or virtually. Our collaborative advice process has three of four stages, depending on whether you choose Ongoing Service, as shown below.

Initial Call

We begin with a free phone consultation, to understand how we can help, explain how we work and confirm whether our services are right for you.

Research

To provide considered advice, we need to understand your current personal and financial situation, aims, objectives, priorities and risk profile. We'll ask you to complete a Fact Find to begin this process, so we can both use our time well and prepare for this meeting properly. Afterwards, we'll send you Scope of Work confirming the next steps and our charges.

Advice

If you agree to proceed, we’ll provide a detailed Advice Report explaining our recommendations and the rationale, then discuss it with you in person, by phone or virtually.

Implementation of Recommendations

Where appropriate, we’ll help set up your financial plan, including liaising with existing providers and arranging any new financial products.

Ongoing Service

Many clients tell us they value reassurance that they remain on track with their financial planning. With Ongoing Service, you receive an annual investment update versus a recognised benchmark, an annual review meeting or discussion based on your service level and a number of other benefits. Full details of what our Ongoing Services provide are in the About our Services & Fees and Our Deliverables documents, which you can download from the "Our Services, Fees and T&Cs" page. Clients who start with Transactional Advice can opt-into Ongoing Service later as needed.
